Process for the applicant who don't have a valid US visa :

  • Step 3: PERM Labor Certification.
  • Step 4: I-140 Immigration Petition.
  • Step 5: DS-260 Form Filed.
  • Step 6: Mandatory Medical Examination.
  • Step 7: Consular Interview Scheduled.
  • Step 8: Consular Interview at US Embassy.
  • Step 9: Reception of visa and passport Travel to US.
  • Step 10: Green Card Issued.

Process for the applicant who have a valid US visa :

  • Step 1: Job Application.
  • Step 2: Job interview (if required).
  • Step 3: PERM Labor Certification.
  • Step 4: I-140 Immigration Petition.
  • Step 5: I-485 - Adjustment of Status (Green Card Application) if candidate in USA, if not then Consular Processing.
